So watched the Globes, but never did make the Golden Cake! Instead on Monday I did this,

Yesterday, I made an amazing Pork Roast! I just kind of threw in these ingredients: Half of jar of orange marmalade, then filled the emptied jar half way with water, mixed it together, added some lemon, a few drops of soy sauce, and vinegar. I threw that over the pork roast and added seasoning salt and garlic salt. I let that all sit over night in the fridge. Next day slow cooked it, which I can’t remember how many hours it was, but really till it falls apart! No tough pieces!! Oh forgot to mention, I also added some chopped onion and a few mini sweet peppers in there.
My side dishes were baked potatoes and roasted broccoli and cauliflower. I seasoned the veggies (the broccoli and cauliflower) with olive oil, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. I cooked it for 15 mins at 400! It’s a new favorite.
